You must leave the applicator on for a minimum of 45 minutes for best results. You may leave the applicator on for more than 45 minutes or overnight. The product continues to work in your system for 72 hours. When removing the Applicator, thoroughly rub in any residual lotion left on the skin. Do not bathe or shower immediately after application.
v How often can you apply the Applicators?
The Applicators should only be used once during a 72-hour period (product continues to work for 72 hours) and on only one area of the body at a time for maximum results.
